How do I pay for a yoga class?There are several payment options: 1. Online Payment: Pay when you book on the website using a credit or debit card, Venmo, PayPal, and Apple Pay. 2. Mobile App: I accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle if you have it with your bank and Apple Pay. 3. In-Person Payments: Pay at the park upon arrival with cash or cards.

What happens if class is canceled due to weather or other circumstances?You will be notified in advance that class will be canceled and receive a refund.

I have been trained to guide students through poses safely and effectively. 2. Personalized Adjustments: I provide personalized adjustments based on individual needs and physical limitations. This helps prevent strain or injury by ensuring everyone practices within their own capabilities. 3. Detailed Instruction: Each session includes clear, detailed instructions on how to enter, hold, and exit poses properly. This step-by-step guidance minimizes the risk of incorrect postures that could lead to injury. 4. Gradual Progression: I teach by guiding students through gradual progression in practice. Poses are taught in their most basic form and I provide options for students to go deeper if they wish and feel comfortable. I encourage my students to advance at their own pace and listen to their bodies, understanding that yoga is not about pushing limits but about balance and awareness. 5. Pre-Class Screening: I ask students if they have any pre-existing conditions or injuries our students may have. This information allows me to offer tailored advice and modifications. 6. Proper Warm-Up and Cool-Down: Each session begins with a warm-up to prepare the body for practice and ends with a cool-down to aid recovery, minimizing the risk of injury. How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
